• The book release is divided into 3 phases:
  
  

  • Early Bird Pre-Order
    From Sep. 2 at 12:00 am CET to Oct. 21 at 10:00 am CET
    
    During this phase, you can pre-order the book at a reduced price of €69 instead of €79. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country. Books pre-ordered during this phase will be shipped from Nov. 22 to Nov. 30.
    
    
    
  • Pre-Order*
    From Oct. 21 at 12:00 am CET to Nov. 21 at 10:00 am CET
    
    During this phase, you can pre-order the book at the price of €79. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country. Books pre-ordered during this phase will be shipped from Nov. 22 to Nov. 30.
    
    
    
  • Regular Order*
    From Nov. 21 at 12:00 am CET until stock lasts
    
    During this phase, you can order the book at the price of €79. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country. Books ordered during this phase will be shipped within 5 business days from the order date.
    
    

  *If sales from the previous phases exceed the print run of 1000 copies, this phase of the sales campaign may not be available. We recommend pre-ordering the book ASAP to ensure you can grab your copy.

  Payments are processed by Stripe and governed by its privacy policy. Stripe is a globally recognized and secure payment platform trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. You can pay with the following credit cards via express checkout or through various banking networks.

• Delivery
  
  We ship from our warehouse in Italy. All shipments are made via express courier. You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as the orders are shipped. These are the details of the couriers used and the delivery times for different countries:
  
  

  • Italy: within 3 days from shipment
    
    Taxes are already included in the total; no import duties.

  • European Union*: within 5 days from shipment
    (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Grecia, Hungary, Ireland, Italia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden)
    
    Taxes are already included in the total; no import duties.
    We ship with the following couriers: UPS, DHL, GLS, DPD
    
    
    
  • Non-EU countries*: within 8 days from shipment
    (Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, South Korea, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States)
    
    Local customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
    We ship with the following couriers: UPS
    
    

  *If your country is not listed, we regret that we cannot ship books directly to the public in your country. As an alternative, if you know a bookstore or graffiti shop, you can suggest that the owner purchase the book for resale in their store. We do not ship to these remote locations: Azores, Madeira, Canary Islands, Falkland Islands.

  These terms are reserved for bookstores, publishing distributors, and culture-oriented graffiti shops. Minimum order quantities apply. Do not contact us at this email if you do not have a store open to the public.
  
  
  
• Return & refund policy
  
  The right of withdrawal is reserved for countries within the European Community; orders from outside these countries are considered final. The right of withdrawal must be exercised within the stipulated 14 days from the date of delivery by requesting authorization at the email address info@killthagword.com. Returns are allowed if the products are defective or do not meet expectations. The costs and handling of the return shipment are the customer’s responsibility.

  After receiving confirmation of the return authorization, you have 10 days to hand over the goods to the courier; otherwise, the return terms will expire and you will no longer be entitled to a refund. Returned products must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging, complete with wrapping and any other components.

  Return shipping is at your own risk; any damage to the returned product is your responsibility. We will not refund products that are damaged, stained, lacking protective wrapping, or that show any defects attributable to use or the return shipment. Refunds will be processed using the same method used for payment of the order. Issuance of a cash refund may take up to 14 days. Once the merchandise is received and its condition verified, Pluss srl will calculate the refund amount and notify the customer.

  Note: If the right of withdrawal is not applicable, the products will be retained at our premises. It will be the customer’s responsibility to arrange and cover the cost of shipping for the return of the goods.
  
  

• Cancellation policy
  
  No cancellations are allowed, either before or after shipment. All placed orders are considered final and will be shipped according to the conditions and timelines described here. If necessary, you can return the item and obtain a refund in accordance with the conditions outlined in Return & refund policy (EU only).
